Institute providing full ITIL® examination services, including the accreditation
of Training Providers.

What is Accreditation?
Accreditation is a process of evaluating
a company’s ITIL® training material, internal quality
systems and trainer qualifications to ensure compliance with
industry standards, as defined by the Official Accreditor,
APM Group. Companies who wish to deliver training leading
to ITIL® Certification must be accredited.
What is the process to become Accredited?
LCS
has adopted a “Mentor to Success” initiative that
supports Training Providers in their effort to become accredited.

(ATO’s) are permitted to order ITIL® Certification
exams.
